Reiki Level 1 is an invitation to begin that journey.
Over two days of learning, practice and connection, Cynthia & Andra will guide you into the foundations of Reiki, helping you develop a deeper relationship with your own energy, cultivate self-healing and discover how to bring greater balance, harmony and awareness into your everyday life.
This training is about more than learning a technique. It is about becoming more present with yourself, listening to the subtle language of your body, and creating space for the parts of you that may have been waiting to awaken.

The foundations and principles of Reiki.
How to work with Reiki energy for your own self-healing and wellbeing.
Reiki hand positions and practical techniques.
How to become more aware of subtle energy and strengthen your connection with your intuition.
Exploring your natural talents and potential intuitive or psychic gifts in a grounded, supportive way.
Giving and receiving Reiki, with opportunities to practise and integrate what you learn.
Creating a personal Reiki practice that supports your ongoing growth.
Whether you feel drawn to Reiki for your own healing, wish to deepen your spiritual path, or feel called to eventually share this practice with others, this is a space to begin exploring what is possible for you.
You don't need to have everything figured out. You don't need to consider yourself intuitive or spiritually gifted already. All you need is curiosity, openness and a willingness to learn.
